Brought my wife’s iPad here to get a screen replacement done. We dropped it off and they said it would be done in a week, it wasn’t done for 2 weeks. The tech damaged the sides of the iPad during the repair and the main screen button was so sticky it didn’t work. We brought it back and they said that it wasn’t there fault that that sides of the iPad were damaged even though it clearly was. They agreed to replace the button and it took 3 more weeks to do the repair. Got it back a third time, button is still sticky and you can lift the glass screen off with your finger now. Asked for my money back and didn’t get it.
Bottom line is that this company will steal from you. They do terrible work and don’t really stand behind there services. Terrible communicators as well.
