I suspect i live in the same townhouse community as 6 – 24 respondent and have to say, their clean up is horrendous. Nothing like doing a job and leaving a mess. I should have watched the process but they came 1−½ hours earlier than advised and i was not available. Air conditioner unit was full of lint as was patio area. A simple garbage bag would have left this customer happy. Instead i had to go out and do my best to clean up the mess made. I opted for hosing down with water. Yes, i could have blown it out of my area, but would have just gone into somebody elses. Since they were early i have no idea how my airflow is… would i recommend… nope

I am so glad our association president organized us town home owners to have our dryer vents cleaned today!
Tyler is a very courteous, professional young man who was fast, efficient and informative.
I am embarrassed to say that I had not had my dryer vent cleaned since I moved in back in 2010.
He informed me that there was no airflow coming in or going out.
Makes total sense as to why my clothes were not getting dry, not to mention the fire Hazzard I posed towards my home and the surrounding attached townhomes.
Thank you Alpha Air Corporation for a job well done!
I will be calling you a year from now for my next cleaning!
