Very poor service I walked in and cashier was yelling at her child, that was the first instance that I should have left. I ordered shrimp and garlic sauce lunch special get back to work and there is only peppers and onions and minimal shrimp. I called and asked to be refunded they said no problem. I get there to get my refund and she says i cant until Tuesday. What? Manager comes in and starts saying he doesn’t care when im refunded and proceeds to say eff you to me and give me the finger. All while the hostess is seating two guests. So sadThen she proceeds to have a screaming match with me about what I ordered. I will upload a picture of the food. Don’t eat here they are horrible!

I used to frequent this restaurant with my family all the time growing up. So not having been here in years, I decided to try it again with my bf when we were recently craving Chinese. The inside looks nearly the same from when I used to come, booths & tables in a big dining room & nice decorative décor. The only thing they’ve added is a small sushi bar. Upon sitting down we were quickly greeted and provided water & a bowl of those fried noodles with duck sauce. We were also offered hot tea, which we gladly accepted. The menu is big and has all your typical Chinese & also sushi dishes. We started with the Crab Meat Puffs appetizer(this is called Crab Rangoon elsewhere). There’s were just ok… the flavor was good, but just felt like there could’ve been more filling inside. It looked like maybe the wonton wrappers weren’t sealed good enough before frying, and it all leaked out in the fryer. For entrees I ordered the General Tso chicken dinner platter which came with an egg roll, and my bf ordered the Alaska King Crabmeat roll. We both enjoyed our dinners(my bf also enjoyed what I couldn’t finish of my plate). Some other reviews said the General Tso chicken was chewy, which is the opposite of what I had. My chicken was tender, not overly cooked, & perfectly seasoned. The fried rice was also so full of flavor, and had lots of veggies & meat in it. The egg roll was perfectly crunchy, and I loved that it came with the dinner entrée! I can’t speak to the portion size for dining in vs. ordering takeout, as this was our first visit. But even if my entrée was less than what I would’ve gotten if doing takeout, it was still more than enough food for me(and I usually eat a lot!). Like I said, my bf was still a bit hungry after eating his sushi roll, so he finished off my platter and was satisfied. Our waitress was nice, and service was fast upon first sitting down, but it took us a while once we finished to get the check. The only real negative I can comment on is the teapot we were brought was dirty on the outside. Looks like they just refill it for every new guest, without washing it first. Kind of gross. Overall though a great local place, that I will definitely be back to. Maybe next time will order take-out to compare portion sizes.

Place is very over priced for the amount of food you get if you dine in. As other reviewers stated the General Tso’s Chicken is very dried out, stringy almost. My glass had lipstick stain on it so I steered clear. Waitress kept dumping food on my kids plates so she could clear plate away. I wasn’t thrilled. For three dinners and one order of steamed dumplings it came to $ 49.00. Way over priced! Would not return.

I have been here many times, and I am not thrilled with the general tso(what I get at most places) but the sushi is some of the best around. I go out of my way to pick up sushi from here I only wish they delivered out to me.

This place SUCKS! First of all, they don’t have Chicken Lo mein and fried rice as a combo meal. You have to order them as two separate meals which is unheard of. I went with the General tsaos chicken as the chicken was very dry and rubbery. The fried rice tasted buttery and undercooked. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Will not go order from here again.

Grew up eating from this place as it was always right around the corner from my House. The food itself deserves 4⁄5 stars. However, the atmosphere, the owner and the price of this place bring the rating down. The atmosphere is quaint and quiet. Basic serving, nothing terrible, nothing Extravagant. This place doesnt deliver so most people People do pick up, why? Well to eat in the price of food is HIGHER and the portions are SMALLER. Had the manager, michael verbally admit this after we confronted him on these aspects. He was pretty flabbergasted and went on to rant as politely as he could why he was justified in charging more. Went on to say table cloth prices contribute to higher prices lol. It was clear he felt guilty more than anything. Now, the owner, michael, again. Ive been coming here for 10+ years and he has never really been friendly. When someone cant stand to hand you your money instead of placing it on the counter or bare to look you in your face and muster a smile for your business something is wrong. I want to Give the guy a pass because hes obviously not from here, but when you make it your business to figure out how to overcharge people for your food, you can learn a little people skills. He just doesn’t care. His wife who takes care of you sometimes, isn’t as bad, there is an effort seen visibly on her part. Lastly, in general this place is expensive. Its in a mediocre strip plaza tucked away in the burbs. The only other restaurant is a pizza joint. The food is good and not what you get from a usual chinese spot, so theres your trade off. And once again, no delivery so be prepared to come pick up on a busy night.

PIcked up some take-out the other night, and everything was really good! Eggrolls were nice and crispy, the general tso’s had a nice spice to it, and the egg drop soup was just right, not too salty. We had to pick it up because they don’t deliver.

This place may very well be a 5 star, but I’m giving it a 4 star not for the food, just the atmosphere. Now don’t get me wrong, the place is cozy and nice, however, being in a strip store prevents this GEM from being a 5 star. I must say that their Sushi Chef is probably the most talented I have seen. The Service and the food here is excellent. I ordered the the Alaskan King Crab Roll Which was the best I’ve ever had. My Son ordered the Vegetable Sushi Platter. Both Meals presentation were AWESOME! This guy is really talented. The best part was the Food was Excellent! Service is impeccable! The have daily specials and Every Monday is All you can eat Sushi all day! I can’t wait to go back. This is a BYOB!

Their dumplings are dough-a-liciously yummy but their sushi is just okay. The rolls are pretty small. Very nice décor and I’m going to try their sushi buffet(Monday’s) and will be back to update my review.
