Friendly, patient, explains things, nice office, and nice support staff. I agree with the other 2 reviews. The office is also very helpful in resolving any insurance medication issues. Our prescription plan is horrid and this office works with us to fix all the mistakes our plan does.
Very rare to find all these qualities in one practice.
Dr. Durham goes out of the way to get you brand prescriptions with discounts. However, you need to do a little research online to get a continued discount. Example, a drug of mine costs $ 400. He gave me a free month trial coupon and I can continue to get it for $ 25 with online discount. Whew! No way do I like to pay for anything more than $ 100. I mean REALLY!?.
A few issues are the constant waiting on the phone after getting a greeting. It’s always been a 5 — ??? wait to then actually speak with the receptionist. Odd. The office hours are very sporadic.
All in all it’s a nice place to deal with.

Much better than dermatologists that I’ve been to previously. Friendly, explains everything, and was helpful at working out insurance difficulties. I did not have to wait long, and when I was in the office did not feel rushed.

Dr. Durham is a wonderful dermatologist. He is very paitent and friendly, and will explain everything to you. He’s got a great sense of humor, too. I travel over an hour just to continue to see him.
