Big Cheez Steaks & Pizza

so after years of ordering from this place, i will never order here again. i was at a friends house down the street and called in an order from my phone. because i was at a different address then normal (they keep your address and phone number on file) the owner accused me of placing a fake order. i swore up and down that in fact i really did want the pizza that i placed an order for. he thought it was odd that people were placing a pizza order at 10pm on a friday? he then proceeded to call my phone back and leave a nasty message for me. when i called him back he again accused me of placing a fake order. i told him to cancel my order and that i would never place an order from my phone or any other phone number again. i am not joking i couldn’t make this stuff up. it’s the next day and i’m still annoyed and baffled by the whole thing.

I ordered a large cheese steak and fries. The quality of the meat, roll, and cheese were good.
However, this cheese steak suffers from the «Where is the Steak Syndrome».
If you are going to pay over $ 13 for a large cheese steak, the roll should be overflowing with steak. This was NOT. You should have steak wanting to fall out from everywhere. I did not lose a bit from the roll.
The french fries were good and crispy — ordered extra crispy for the ride home.
This owner formally owned three Gaetanos. Gaetanos rolls are much larger and they fill (some overfill) the rolls — so stick with Gaetanos. You pay the same prices.

I wouldn’t normally think to review a lunch delivery option on a business trip, but after a couple times, I had to give a shout-​out to their Chicken Caesar Salad. Damn, this thing is loaded! A heaping portion of huge, juicy, well-​seasoned chicken breast pieces. Yummy croutons. Several sliced egg halves. Big juicy tomato slices.
Can’t believe I’m getting this excited about salad, but this is the tastiest I’ve come across, and the portions are huge. Very important when you’re spending 12+ hours a day in the office – this’ll get you from lunch at noon all the way through that 9pm dinner…
Delivery note: on a rainy day, took 1.5 hrs to arrive, but the next day, only 20 minutes.
