Scott Curry came to my home 2 hrs after I called him on a Saturday morning to service my Samsung dryer. He was prompt and professional. He arrived in a car marked with the company logo and a company hat. He explained what was wrong with my dryer and gave a very honest recommendation. Basically it could cost more because of parts to fix than to buy a brand new dryer. I appreciated his honesty. He gave me a written quote if I decide on fixing the dryer. His service call fee is very reasonable.

Was referred by Central Ohio Appliance Repair after they couldn’t get the parts for my samsung dryer. Scott came the same day, after normal business hours since I could not leave work early. He brought with him the part he assumed had broken, which turned out to be correct. After 20 mins, dryer was working perfectly.
Seems to be a very small business, but the service is amazing!
