Ryan Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Bismarck

I have had two experiences with Ryan Dodge in Bismarck and both were terrible. A few months ago I went in looking to purchase a used van. After test driving, I decided I like it enough to go in and talk numbers. I had plenty of cash to put a hefty down payment on the van but I wanted to get to a number that I was comfortable. The offered me one price and wouldn’t even consider my counter. They could have made a sale easy that day but I felt so disrespected, I walked out and bought my van at Bismarck Motor Company instead for even more than what they wanted at ryan dodge.
This past week I had an oil pressure issue with my truck so I had it towed to Ryan Dodge. They fixed over $ 2000 worth of other things that was «wrong» with the truck before they called to tell me the truck had low oil pressure and it was going to cost another $ 500 to fix. I had it towed out of ryan dodge and to another mechanic an hour after. They continued to call and add more things wrong and continued to up the price of everything. All I wanted fixed was my oil pressure. Not impressed and will never go back to Ryan dodge again.

Don’t bother buying from this dealership if you want to be treated fairly. We had to order our vehicle because they didn’t have the vehicle we wanted. They gave us a price for our trade in. The price was quite low so I negotiated the price up. That would have been fine but then they raised the price of our new vehicle the exact amount of what they added to our trade in. It gets better. When our new vehicle came in they made a big deal about honoring the trade in price. They told us they couldn’t honor the trade in price because they gave us that price two months ago. I told them it wasn’t our fault it took them two months to get our new vehicle in. I also pointed out that I was Ok without trading our old vehicle. Then the price was fine. I had a discount for a new vehicle through my employer. They tried to get out of giving me the discount. I had to call Chrysler to get them to give me the discount. I will never do business with this dealership again.

Dislike this dealership! So I bought my last truck from A Ryan dealership and was happy but this one I feel strong hatred so far. So they made my appointment for 3:45pm and they closed at 5. When I got there, there were no sales managers around so I waited for one to see the truck I wanted. By the time one got to me he basically handed me the keys and walked away. So I took it out and loved it and was going to make the deal. When I got back the salesman that gave me the keys went home. So I had to wait for another one. By the time one got to me it was like 10min to 5… t (*-*t). And he walked around my truck and estimated a value that I was prepared for. But I already had a loan that would cover that. But before I was able to tell him that, he had the nerve to tell me that the banks wouldn’t accept the trade with the new truck, so I took that as him basically told me to get lost so he can go home. Then some chick emailed me asking if I was satisfied with my visit so I told her the story and she said see was going to show the manager and he would call me to get it straightened out… That was a week ago and no phone call. Except every other day I get an email from some other chick asking if this is a good number to reach me at and I say yes have him call me… STILL NOTHING! so now I’m back to looking for a truck like the one they have. But they will have to kiss my feet to get me to get it.
