Beautiful store, but terrible with communication. First I called and was told that I would get a call back from a manager… didn’t happen. I had to call back two more times before that happened. Then, on a different order, I was told I would be contacted via email when a special order came in(confirmed my email with them) and that didn’t happen. I checked online and my special order had been in for TEN days… no contact via email or phone call. I even went in around day 3 to pay for delivery and no one told me that my order was in store! When I called to complain, they said, «Oh, we didn’t have your email!» I CONFIRMEDMYEMAILFROM A PRIORORDER!!! AND… I had been in store to set up delivery AFTER the freezer was in store. So so so disappointed.

Friendly employees that don’t mind going the extra mile to help you find what you’re looking for in the store. Menards made a point to hire people as «courtesy» helpers to assist you not only IN the store but also outside as well. You need to get those 4 seventy pounds of sand into your truck, they will load those in under your exact directions OR offer helpful suggestions if you need them. Store is laid out well and definitely well lit, prices clearly marked and all in all a great store. Granted, as much as I love stuff being«made in America» … have to admit that some things are better made elsewhere… however for the price and pride, can’t be beat!
