Don’t go here if you like getting your hair cut by a professional that will admit to her mistakes and offer solutions, rather than client blaming and shaming; totally draconian as they participate in slander and other acts of libel over the internet. All they had to do is say sorry! Her aggressive tactics lent to a severe flair of TGN and it lasted for almost 24 hours. If you are a person with a health barrier do not get your hair done by Sue as she will use your symptoms to publicly attack your morality online rather than showing empathy during the haircut as she should! If you dare leave a concise and honest review of your experience, she and all of her co-​workers will tell every salon in town your name in an act of lashing out; RICO people. For example she informed another salon of the bad review I had given her, and in that review she admitted that she knew I was upset with her slaughtering of my hair as she stated «she kept bobbing her head, and that I kept running my hands in MY HAIR» Duh, I was trying to get her to stop ripping my hair with some cutting tactic (which I later found out is what you do when you are placing extensions), and I was touching my hair as I could feel her making bald spots and she stabbed me with the scissors. It is unfortunate that she did nothing to end the harm; even when I asked her to cease and desist! I personally showed her what I wanted for my style, a picture of my own hair 1 year ago, and I specifically asked her to leave my side burns ALONE! The first thing she did was slice through one of my side burns with her shears! Yes, I was a walk in, I had an appt with a diff salon and could not make it due to traffic and not being able to get a taxi! It is upsetting that I had to settle for the trashy hole in the wall by the highway, as the real salon would not allow me to come a few minutes late and then told me that my service dog was not welcome in the salon — which is totally illegal. So yes, I was a walk in but was told to come back in 1.5 hours so, I went to dinner and came back, for a brow wax (and she insisted that she do my upper lip) and a wash and cut which took an hour and a half. As you can see from the photo she ripped off my eye brows off, and left them mangled and uneven. She did not attempt to correct it, nor offer apology when I was crying (bobbing my head) with my face in my hands. When I posted my honest and concise review on FB she told other salons information about my appt, and participated in activities that could be construed as racketeering under RICO– frankly it is racketeering. Sue mutilated my hair and eyebrows. I am pretty sure she is a crappy hair dresser, I mean a beauty school drop out type technician. Unless your getting extensions, stay clear of her shears. they are sharp and she likes to cut and stab; she is obviously very passive aggressive, and poss on the 2^nd Axis.
