I pretty much live here, spending several of my mornings/​early afternoons working on writing in the café. It’s a great store and the café staff are nice. Lots of «regulars» go there, including a group of older men for their morning coffee. Has a kind of small town coffee café feel to it in the morning.

I love this place! So much that one of the baristas knows me by name lol my kids love reading in the kids section, and they have Doctor Who!!!

I practically live in this store — less now that I purchased a Nook but for Bismarck, ND — these guys are the best. I have had some really great customer service and they are never pushy about getting you to buy something.
I was there so much that one of the employees took an interest in what I like to buy, and offered a bunch of new series and reads for my interests. It was awesome. I loved all the books he suggested and learned about some really great new authors.
A plus for me and other herbivores — they have a pretty decent veg cookbook section and are always getting new stuff in.
They also have an adorable children’s section and I know they do story-​time sometimes there too. They have a train set that my daughter LOVES to play with every time we go.
All in all, one of my favorite haunts. :)
