Love the Bishopville, SC location! Staff is very helpful. Great selection of items and many seem very unique, in my opinion. My most recent purchase was an oversized planting urn which I wanted to use as a patio fire pit. First, I searched their website and found a piece I thought might be suitable. Then I called ahead, provider the item# and inquired about availability. I also confirmed the price because the advertised price was so low! (Yah) I explained I was hoping to use as a fire pit and the gentleman was patient and attentive. I drove to the store to view in person and the gentleman further provided me with helpful tips to complete my project. I will post a picture of how the planter looked after I finished. I absolutely LOVE IT! I truly appreciate the product and customer service from Smith’s.

We were going to travel to myrtle beach for a family vacation. We called ahead to see if they had a statue that we were interested in. They said they would have it shipped to there myrtle beach store on that Thursday. Thursday came around and it didn’t get shipped. They they said that they would make a fresh mold for us and have it at their florence farmers market location. We live in Alabama. So we drove 2 hours north in the opposite direction of our home to get this statue that we really wanted. We arrived at their farmers market and a friendly guy greeted us. He was very honest with is and told us that their main store never made a mold for us and that the old statues is all he had. The statue we wanted he had but had cracks in it and was old. He apologized left and right. It wasn’t his fault. But were very disappointed to say the least that this company told us they would make us a fresh mold and has us drive two hours north in the opposite direction.
