I haven’t been up there since and I just saw that they posted an update on my initial one star review. Customer service is key with me and reaching out like this shows they care. Must have been an off day for everyone.

Shop Local is easy at this place. Suzie and her family including her sweet pup are so wonderful to do business with. There is so much packed into this place and if they don’t have it they will help with suggestions. Not sure about the product? Watch them open the box and let you see up close or even demonstrate how it works. The phone system I purchased years ago is fantastic! I usually replaced every couple years but I don’t foresee a new phone in my future. Check out the toys they bring in at Christmas and the isle of new techie stuff and the homemade jewelry and local native artwork too!

Was passing through and was having issues with my chargers for my various electronics. Zach was so knowledgeable and helpful, he explained how they interacted with my car and what the issue was. He went out of his way to make sure I understood and that I got the right thing that I needed. I wish I lived close by so I could go there all the time!

This store has the best customer service of any place I have been to in years. They can fix things too! The power cord on my DVD player in my car got nipped by my puppy. We had an 8 hour trip home the next day and two kids. I was not happy about not having the player. I thought that it was a long shot that Radio Shack would have the right cord. To my surprise they fixed it in less than ten minutes, and it cost less than a new cord. This Radio Shack is also a Sound Shop.

I had been having frustrating speaker hum issues with my guerilla theater setup after having purchased new higher end computer speakers, which the online forums said should not happen given that I was using a pure sign wave inverter. Out of desperation I was going to try smaller gauge, longer speaker wire. Bill Robinson(co-owner of The Shoppe) was extremely helpful and took the time to carefully review my setup. He suggested several things to test and what the solution(s) would be depending on the outcome. He was not pushy about trying to sell me things I didn’t need and was extremely knowledgeable. I invited him and his wife(?), Suzie, to our next outdoor movie night as a thank you.
