Premium store? Is this a joke? There is a reason this store is always empty. Inept, rude employees totally lacking in customer service. First time I went in the clerk was rude so I left. I mentioned this to my 84 year old neighbor and she said they were rude to her as well. I never planned on going back but my daughter had a phone emergency on a Saturday morning and since the store is close by I decided to try it once again. We resolved the phone issue but once we got home the genius manager put HIS password in the phone so we had to return to the store. Last weekend I decided to get a new phone. Once again the store was empty. Even though we said we would look around and needed no help an employee that looked like she needed a good shower insisted on following us around and suggesting phones even though I said I did not need certain features. I finally went to her computer and we went over what I needed. Genius salesperson finally figured it out and said «you don’t need … «yes, I tried to tell her that! When I could not find what I was looking for both the greasy haired sales girl and the manager became extremely rude. Zero customer service skills. Their way or no way. So I left, called Verizon, ordered my phone (and let them know about this store)
