We lived at Woodmere Creek for the past 4 years. Not everything was always perfect, but in the grand scheme of Apartment Complex’s, they are on the upper side. The staff changed over quite a few times. But everyone was always nice.
They have a convenient online bill pay and maintenance request system. The maintenance staff always did a good job of fixing, but a terrible job of cleaning up after a job. That was probably our biggest complaint of our whole experience. The quality is good for the price you pay. And the location is very centralized. AND they just renovated the pool. We may sneak back and use it; but don’t tell anyone!
Overall a good place to live. Of course there are a lot more expensive places that are probably nicer. But the bang for your buck is definitely there.
