Two Maids & A Mop

Needed a housecleaning as a treat for my sick daughter. They were prompt, courteous and did a great job.

I paid for the deep cleaning service because I am selling my home and wanted perfect for showings. I was disappointed because little things were not done correctly. I had windows in my kitchen above my sink that were not cleaned, my bedroom furniture was half dusted probably because the maids were short and couldn’t reach it all but that’s no excuse bring a stool to stand on. My office that has a built-​in desk had some shelves dusted and some were untouched. My kids bathroom had what looked like mascara on the side of the sink that was left there after they so called cleaned it, which i wiped off easily. I paid $ 475 and I did NOT get my money worth. Very disappointed.

The concept is only as good as the people performing the service. They work by the hour not the job. Their pace determines the outcome. Broken coffee mug, a main level bathroom that appeared to be untouched, unusual time keeping.
My wife had to go pick up kids before the maids were finished… it appears that was when they were finished. A confrontational argumentative office manager explained she was sad to lose our business… not so sad that she could find a compromise to keep us. We used them three or four times and some of the girls did a pretty good job but overall inconsistent and never seemed to finish the priority list as mentioned by another Unilocaler. Two maids, one mop and two thumbs down.

My wife was excited to have two maid for two and a half hours to come and clean our home. At $ 155.00 I thought this was a bit pricey, but I agreed. Well I got a call at work from my wife crying and very upset, the maids had only barely touched two bedrooms and a bath and were walking out the door. My wife had made a priority list for them to follow but they were moving very slow. When confronted that the list wasn’t nearly finished they said «that will be $XXX amount more to finish.» We were had, and they had us over a barrel. I called the company from work very upset. I told them what my wife had said and how upset I was. «I’m so mad I’m ready to write reviews of you all over the internet.» The lady said she would get the person who knew of our situation on the phone, I was put on hold for a few seconds and hung-​up on. So I called, and called only to get voiced messages. My wife called me and said that after my call they did hang up on me and called the maids at our home and told them to leave our house now. Come to find out they had sent a manager to our house who would not let my wife finish a sentence. My wife had become so frustrated and upset at being had by this company and the over bearing manager that she then called me crying. The customer service is horrible. Two maids and a FLOP!!!
