I have just started going to this place, 3 times so far, and have had great cuts. Both ladies that have been there were experienced. Great cut for the price $ 22, and you can get a shave to clean up on the back. Highly recommend.

The three ladies at this old school little shop underneath the Tutwiler deliver some solid haircuts, and they’re trained as barbers, not stylists. A typical cut runs $ 20, and as far as I know they don’t accept cards, so bring cash along. Also plan to call ahead for an appointment because they generally stay busy, and if you’re busy too, they get you in and out in an efficient manner. Sadly, for bearded chaps like myself, they don’t offer shaves.
P. S. Knock at the door and then wait for them to buzz you in when you arrive.

This place is truly a «small town» barbershop in the big city! Three great barbers on duty most of the time, but you better make an appointment… these ladies stay busy! They are all really good, but my favorite is Mimi! The shop is no frills, just great cuts and shaves. You won’t be disappointed!
