I had taken in a suit that was done by another company to be tailored which is a service they advertise they provide. After taking the measurements they recommended that if I could send it back to the manufacturer I should do so and that they would measure me and help me get it taken care of. The manufacture said they would.
So I go back to get my measurements done and am met by a different gentleman who treated me SO RUDELY I couldn’t believe it. I was practically chased out of the establishment because the suit wasn’t theirs! Keep in mind I had offered to pay for the measurements and I was told the day prior that it was a service they would provide. SO RUDE, the situation could have been handled SO much better. I went from a customer that was very seriously considering getting my next suit from them to now NEVER wanting to deal with them again.
