They are not the Starbucks owned by the company that offers a wide range of member benefits. They do not accept the rewards that you learn through the Starbucks rewards program and do not give you discounts on refills or if you bring your own Starbucks tumbler or mug. They do accept the money on your rewards card so you can earn some stars. Also, don’t expect the drinks to be consistent with each order. Sometimes they make it too sweet or too bitter. Also, «light ice» means about a 5th of your cup will be ice.
Generally speaking, the line gets long as the orders pile up. If you got classes to attend and there is a line, I wouldn’t recommend staying in line. They usually take a few orders, then stop taking orders while they make the drinks, then resume taking orders after a while.
