When I’m sick, I like to be in and out of the doctor’s office as fast as possible — anyone would, right? These folks are compassionate, but efficient — and I appreciate them very much. The facility is clean and well-​kept, and the staff is so friendly.
I’m a huge fan. Thanks for helping me feel better.

It’s new. It’s clean. Once you actually get to see a doctor everything is pretty standard and what you’d expect.
That said, I’ve never had an experience last less than three hours and that is with an existing appointment. I always show up at least 30min before my appt and have never been seen at my scheduled time and all I ever need is a prescription refill.
If you’ve got half a day to kill waiting for a doctor, this is the place.

This is a great adjunct to your medical care. I have an internist I see regularly as well as other specialists. They all require appointments and generally long waits to see. When I have an urgent need, I come to MedHelp. If you need to see a doctor on the weekend or holidays, you are not going to be able to see your regular doctor.
I have used this place for years. You can walk in and see a doctor really quickly. I have never had a long wait. While this is not a place for long term care, it fits the bill for those times you have a minor injury or when you just get sick at an inconvenient time.
It has recently been remodeled and is very attractive, clean and staffed by good people. It is in a very good area and you have no seedy clientele here.

I’ve been going to Med Help 280 on and off for over a decade. There recently upgraded location is fantastic and the staff is always nice and very helpful. If you’re looking for a «doc in a box» This isn’t it. Ironically though, you can get in and out pretty quickly. I’m happy with Med Help 280 and I’m cool with free coffee in the waiting room.

Great ‘quick fix’. My doctor wasn’t in the office today and I desperately needed to see a doctor. I was in and out in an hour. When you’re sick the last thing you want to do is sit in a waiting room all day. The nurses were caring and warm. Great experience.
