A meat and three! Wow. We need more of these down 280. Our legal team went there for the first time last week. Food was good and well-priced. Would definitely recommend.

Went and tried lunch there withy daughter. Did meat +2 for 9.99; got fried chicken(good), fried green tomatoes(good) and collard greens(ok), cornbread and sweet tea. It’s a Piccadilly, cafeteria style place, go thru the line and pick what you want. The lady serving us kinda have us the stink eye, didnt smile, seemed bothered by us, and I really didn’t appreciate that. Good way to set the mood… I guess for the portions and cost, I probably won’t go back. I was left hungry after I ate everything– sounds like a lot, but 1 small piece of chicken, 3 little, thin sliced matoes, a scoop of greens, and the tiniest piece of cornbread and I felt like I should have gone to firehouse next and gotten a sub and that would have left me fuller. There were so many cardboard boxes I could see, stacked to the ceiling, I began to wonder if I was eating anything«fresh» or if I just paid for canned collards. Obviously the chicken and tomatoes had to be fresh, thus the itty bitty portion… I also saw a lot of disposable aluminum pans… My lunch total was $ 24 and some change, my daughter also got the $ 9.99 meat and 2, but she got water and add tip, it was $ 28.

A meat and three near Highway 280. This gem is hidden in a shopping mall and serves lunch everyday. It is fantastic food… They have been here since 1996! Who knew?

The food was awesome. I came here for lunch at the request of co workers who raves about it. The place is clean and I’m I’m love with the food. It is a nice take on southern food meets soul food. I love their lemon pepper chicken and pecan chicken. Very nice… also their sweet potato soufflé is nice too. I’d go back and highly recommend.
