In the food court on the second floor of the Regions Harbert Plaza, Luna Grill fills the slot for quick order Mexican food. Tacos, enchiladas, burritos and other goodies prepared to order and generally microwaved to melt the cheese. Not that there’s anything wrong with that. It’s good and it’s inexpensive and it’s cheap.
