Jet’s Pizza

UPDATE: Phil and Melissa contacted me after seeing my review. They were shocked that I had this experience. Both were accommodating and helpful. Glad they care so much to reach out to their customers ASAP!
I love jets pizza and order it all of the time! This was my second time ordering from here, as I am new to the neighborhood. Great location!
2 stars is only because the delivery man was apologetic.
My experience yesterday was far from enjoyable. The man who answered the phone seemed to be annoyed that I had a coupon ($ 5 off of $ 10), which read that I can use with other coupons. When I stated I also had a free jets bread, the man insisted I couldn’t use both coupons (although the coupon clearly states that I can.)
I asked for small deep dish with garlic crust, green peppers, pepperoni, olives, and onions. They completely forgot the onions which I was charged for and I didn’t taste any flavorful crust.
Jets is located about 3 minutes away from my home. The driver called me after 40 minutes of waiting to ask which house was mine — he was the best part of my entire experience though! He deserves 5 stars for apologizing about the time it took to find my house.
The pizza was cold, and all of the toppings were falling off 2 – 3 pieces. Was my pizza dropped during the process?! Horrible experience…

I love jets. What’s not to love about deep dish cheesy deliciousness. I’m a big fan of their Hawaiian, Italian Sausage supreme and BBQ chicken. I always get deep dish and turbo crust because go big or go home, it’s pizza! But… if you feel the need to be healthy they have a decent Greek salad also.

Awful service by Kelly, she counts her tips while you wait for the order that was ready 10 minutes ago sitting right next to her.

When I moved back to Michigan I was excited for the pizza. I loved buddy’s and missed it tremendously. Then I had jets square. OMG. Sooo good. My new fav and better for you (well…it’s pizza so it’s a fine line!)
Try the jets bread with ranch too! Awesome.

This is the best Jet’s around in my opinion. The pizza taste nearly the same, but just a tad better in my experiences and the staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. The delivery drivers are typically quick and super polite, on top of all that, the store is super relaxed. The only issue I’d even begin to think of is the lobby, it’s a little small, but it is what it is. Great place.

Best pizza in the area! Jets has always been my favorite! Good job guys!

Penny wise, dollar foolish.
I ordered a 13.99 BBC chicken pizza and 6.99 wings. They charged 14.49 for the pizza, even though there were 13.99 coupons on the counter not expiring until mid November. They said they raised the prices notwithstanding the printed coupons. The boneless wings were always 9 to 12 pieces. Today they gave me 7. If you are going to drop quantity you should tell people when they order, not bait and switch.
I will not be back. Feel unhappy And feel like it was a shake down.

I always love Jet’s, and this place is just fine. We always pick up our standard order of a small deep dish with pepperoni and small Jet Bread within 15 minutes or so. If you’re nice, they may throw in a free ranch dressing for your Jet Bread (which you should TOTALLY get).

This is seriously the best Jets ever! Service is top notch. They always have plenty of friendly staff and the pizza is perfect every time. Been going to this jets for years. Never disappointed.

Like most, this is another solid Jet’s. Friendly phone presence when ordering, timely delivery, great food delivered hot and tasty pies for sure.

I love this Jets location in particular. Although you think one jets should be the same as another jets they simply are not. It depends on the owners and people working there to put out top notch pizza.
Every time I go in the workers are so friendly. Every time I call and order they look for a coupon to apply for me if I did not have one. The pizza is always cooked perfectly. There are jets locations that, in my opinion, don’t cook their pizza properly. I’ve had it from other locations where it’s been undercooked and rubbery. I’ve never had this problem here.

A deep dish 15 slice two toppings for under $ 20 is a great deal! We had enough pizza for four with four slices left over. Two slices sate my appetite me up every time. I like Jet’s as much as Papa Romano’s. I guess it depends on which place has the best coupons at the time.
Delivery is fast, so Jet’s wins this time.

I love Jet’s pizza and so does my wife now that I’ve finally gotten her to try it. She usually likes thin and chewy pizza, so talking her into trying a deep dish with a somewhat crisp /​crunchy outside took me over a year.
She’s had Buddy’s before and thought it was just ok, but after trying Jet’s she finally understands why I love deep dish square pizza!
I’ve had the round pizza from other Jets locations in the past and it’s good but unremarkable. They’re definitely a square pizza kind of place and they’re the best there is if this is your preference in style — thick, greasy, crispy but still chewy crust with the crispy cheese around the edges. Sauce is good, toppings are good but unremarkable.
Also, their ranch is delicious for dipping jets bread!
I have only been to this location once (new to the area) but we were very happy with it!

This location in Bham rocks !! Jets Pizza is (IMO) the best pie in MI .
I have eaten there to many times to count, when I was living across the street. I have since moved out of state, and now only eat there when I am back for a visit. The slices are SO good. Wish they would start opening some locations on the West coast.

Good pizza that we enjoy while visiting parents. Love the square pizza and like the Greek salad too.

They are pretty fast ! I love ordering from here when I am visiting my family and we are too lazy to go out for dinner. The guys who work here are very friendly. I recommend the Antipasto salad, as well as the BLT pizza (you cant get one like this anywhere else !)
p. s. Avoid this place like the plague if you are watching your waistline.
…if not, EAT UP !

I’m not going to lie. I first started going to Jet’s back in my early high school days because my friend’s crush worked there. So naturally, what do we do to catch his eye? Go and get pizza EVERYDAY. I’m sure we caught his attention– attention gained from being the fatsos that come and eat pizza everyday! I guess at 15 «game» levels are down.
Now I eat Jet’s because I love their 8 corner pizza. Everybody wins. Nice and doughy, cooked golden brown, perfect amount of cheese and toppings.
and… wait for it… they have good ranch! Nothing is better than dippin’ some good ‘ol square pizza in good ranch.
If I can’t convince my cohorts to get a square pizza (travesty I know) we’ll get a round one with the turbo crust. buttery, cheesy (romano) garlicky perfection (also not bad with a dip in ranch!).
My only downside is that I don’t have a shut-​off valve to stop me from eating the whole darn thing.
