Hooters

Writing this review while at the restaurant. Our waitress, Rhianna is super friendly and explained the new food items on the menu. The manager came by our table and greeted us with warm welcome. Food came out and everything is delicious from the fries to the wings platter. Would definitely recommend this place for good wings and service.

Ok I have always loved hooters. The last three times I have been here it has been a cluster. Every waitress we have had, works it first off then drops the ball. Tonight we sat here to the point I had to call and get them to find our waitress and send her to our table. The manager and the waitresses were all gathered in the middle of the restaurant chatting. I always forget about my experience and return. I love the food, the service has just sucked every time here lately. While have worked in the service industry it just makes me angry. I guess the girls can survive on $ 2.80 hour And no tips.

We eat at this location pretty often. We don’t have any complaints about the food. The service has been good 99.99% of the time. I don’t know of any place that has 100% satisfaction 100% of the time. I would recommend coming here to eat.

Food was good. Server was way off her game. She forgot drinks, part of the order, and I had to ask three times for a to-​go box. I probably would have had another beer or two if she had been around to get them. All in all, not my best visit here.

Upon entering the Hooters in Trussville, I was seated immediately. However, I waited nearly 10 minutes and still no one took my drink order. The place was relatively empty and there were several waitresses on duty. I got tired of waiting so I left Hooters and went down Hwy 11 to Logans and enjoyed prompt and courteous service; I enjoyed a few beers and a nice steak! Sorry I wasted my time at the Trussville Hooters.

I’m a sucker for spicy food, chicken wings, and watching sports while eating spicy chicken wings. So, it makes perfect sense that I love Hooters.

Like it or not. Great hot wings. Wednesday special is the wingsday platter. I get it every time I eat here.

So it’s Hooters, and anyone that’s familiar with Hooters knows that it’s the girls that get guys in, and the food, girls and sports that keep ‘em comin’ back. With that said, there’s not much more I can say about this location to make it unique to any other locations: it’s basically hit or miss regarding the service you’ll find at the Trussville location. The girls are generally either reasonably attentive to their customers, or as vapid as you might expect when they’re not so much in the mood to work. The food is more consistently good than the service, but even the food service is at the mercy of the waitresses’ attentiveness to your order — so don’t blame the cooks too much when applicable…
Bottom line — I like the food, I like the scenery, and I’m apt to visit the place at least once a month with the caveat that if I get bad vibes coming in the door — e.g., the waitresses don’t even notice new customers, LOTS of empty glasses at tables with no food and sour looks on the faces of those seated — I pretty much rule that a not-​so-​favorable night for wings and head out. I think if you do the same, chances are you’ll hit the place on the right days/​nights and have a positive experience. Good luck! ;)
