Head Start Haircare

This is now by far the worst salon I have ever been to. I have been taking my children here for over a year and the guy that always does my kids hair has past away. According to the hair stylist that did my kids hair. Her name is Stephanie. May possibly be spelt different. It started out by us walking in and yea it was busy. We were not greeted by anyone 20 minutes had gone by still nothing finally Stephanie asked who was next and I stood up and I said my children. She says «oh have they had hair cuts here before «I then said yes and she said come on back. We started off with my three year old. Stephanie has no courtesy for kids what so ever she is very rough and fast instead of carrying about a good job she is just ready for the next person. Slow down an do the job right. My kids hair is just as important as the next persons. Ok so we’re about to finish she then picks my daughter up and sets her on the floor to stand while the worker Stephanie sad in the chair which to me seemed unprofessional. But hey who knows I’m not a hair stylist. Then it was my sons turn. Which he is sensitive with new people. He does have issues that need time to handle. He is terrified of the hair clippers and the spray bottle. He has always been this was and she had no respect at all for my son. And I told her before hand he has a sensitivity problem and please understand She sprayed him like normal and he started screaming and she got an attitude she then on more than one occasion tried to trick him by getting the clippers out and he went into a panic l. It takes a little bit to calm him down when he goes into a panic. I asked her please not to do that and she stated she cannot do it without clipper. I asked why because the gentleman that always did my sons hair before never had a problem. My son was amazing with him. Hence the reason why we always went here. She then went over to another lady and started talking. No I don’t know what was said but I have a good idea. I was extremely upset and want a refund. I didn’t want to pay for his horrible hair cut bc it was so ugly I had to turn around and go somewhere else to get it fixed and guess what they have no problem using scissors. I do believe she needs extra training or no job at all. I have received a voicemail from a district manager due to the fact that I called the corporate number and complained. I have a hectic work schedule and missed the call. I tried to call the number she left to return the call but apparently it is the salon itself so I asked for the ladies name that was on voicemail. The Chinese or foreign lady that answered the phone started is he is not here call back later then hung up. Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect. I will make sure I go as high as I can for this to be taken care of. We will never step foot in the salon ever again.
