Dry Clean City

Best dry cleaners I will never go anywhere else. I had 2 dresses cleaned for work and I paid $ 6! That’s unheard of anywhere else in the city and they do a fantastic job. Everyone in there is very nice and professional. I will definitely be back. Once you try them you will wonder why you went anywhere else

They have a store manager that took some extra time to say hello and thanked me for my businesses. I felt very welcomed there. Their customer service is quite good I think.

I am extremely pleased with my dry cleaners! They are prompt and can pretty much service any of your dry cleaning needs.
They offer a great deal for first time customers: 2 garments free on your first visit. They replace lost buttons (not sure if you need to have the button, but I did). They clean comforters for $ 19.99. They have a drop off service and same day pick up as long as you drop off your items by a certain time. They have a very friendly staff (very). They admit if they mess up and take ownership in a service guarantee (disclaimer: mistakes don’t happen often here, but when they do, they are honest about it). Your items are always ready when they are promised.
Just a great dry cleaners and conveniently located for us.

Sorry for the delay in updating this review — the owner reached out to me — apologized and kindly extended some credit for the damaged buttons. It doesn’t take much to make things right but this gesture resulted in customer retention as well as showing me they care about the customer. The action from this business obviously demonstrates that the owner is still well grounded to the pulse of his business his customers needs. Thank you.

I actually drive across town to give dry clean city my business! The staff is always cheerful! The place doesn’t smell harsh when you walk in and I respect the fact they’re environmentally friendly. All of my dresses and tops have come back perfectly.
I love how I can drop them off around 9 and they’re ready for pickup the next day!!!
I will continue to stay a loyal customer and drive across town to use them!

The best prices around. Some places will charge over $ 20 to dry-​clean a suit, and I got mine cleaned here for free as a new customer (take advantage of the 2 free items Unilocal deal!). The quality seemed to be the same.

Sooo, this isn’t my first time writing a review for Dry Clean City. I had a picture of the business removed (for some strange reason) and now noticing that my entire review was removed. Not sure what I did Unilocal overseers, but I’m sorry!
Anyway I really do love this place as a business. Not only because they do great work at some of the best dry cleaning prices around, it always feels like home when I come here. Always spoken to by name, always treated with respect… it’s just a really good reminder of how businesses should operate in general! I’ve interacted with maybe 5 or 6 different people (including one being trained) over time, and never have I not left without a smile on my face!
Pay up front and if it’s before a certain time of day, your clothes will be ready the following day! Not only do they dry clean, they have a seamstress who comes once or twice a day to restitch buttons etc if you need that kind of thing. Also, as bonus, word of mouth referrals get you and the person you refer some dry clean discounts! Can lose with that type of offer!
Again, hope my review sticks this time… but this is a great place of business!
