Beware! I contacted DeLong Landscaping in the hopes of using them for my lawn services and landscaping needs this summer. I had to leave 3 voice mails before I even got a call back. Justin DeLong finally called me back and we scheduled a time for later that day for him to come by and give me an estimate. That time came and went and he never showed up, never called to say he wasn’t coming and didn’t return my call when I followed up to try and reschedule. If this is how they treat potential new customers, how would they treat me if I hired them? Unprofessional doesn’t even begin to cover it. I have since moved on to one of their competitors and couldn’t be happier. They have lost my business forever and I will make sure the entire Birmingham area knows about it.
