Chick-fil-A

When I vacation, I try to stay away food chains. Since I have never eaten at Chick-​fil-​a, it was on my list and none by my house in California. Service was outstanding, very good food, employees really like their jobs. Noticed they hire older people and people with disabilities which really makes me feel good. Last but not least, they close on Sunday’s and Holiday’s and good idea with this concept for employees to spend time with family. Wake up major fast food chains and retailers. When I placed my order, the gentleman asked if this was my first time ever at Chick and I said yes. The company me my sandwich on the house. Very nice gesture and ate there again on my way to the airport for breakfast. Whatever your doing, keep it up. It’s working out good. Thanks again Alabama for my wonderful time and great hospitality.

Super friendly staff. Quick and easy salad at lunch. Drive thru was backed up so I decide to go inside. Quick and friendly staff. Order was correct and fresh. I don’t often do fast food but often when I do it’s usually chick fil-​a! Somehow they manage to consistently do so much better than the rest!

You can always count on this place great customer service, u never have to wait long for your food, and your food is always hot and fresh

Never had a bad meal or service. Shirley, guy in cow costume, playground and staff super friendly and top notch. Great family atmosphere and the cookies were delicious. I don’t often Unilocal but I figured this needed a shout out

I experienced great customer service today at this chick fil a location. I went through the drive thru, and though the line seemed to be very long, I decided it was worth the wait. To my surprise, I received my food in about 5 minutes tops. The employees made me feel like they were happy to serve me, even calling me by name.

The food gets the 4 stars, the drive thru girl does not. Talk clearly, don’t mumble! The drive thru person should be the absolute best customer service person you have! Not the case for this location. Rontrice was very nice though. I’ll be back.

So friendly these folks! I love coming to a Chick-​fil-​A, and this one has been great to me. It is very convenient on/​off the interstate. They do a very good job with their in house décor and upkeep; and even get into the holiday spirits very regularly when something special is going on. I will never get tired of Chick-​fil-​A and its excellent service.

I think we all know what chick fil a has to offer. This location in particular has some issues. The only location I have ever been to that seems a bit disorganized. Constantly asking you to pull up and wait for food, chaotic at peak times.

Excellent grilled chicken salad with avocado lime ranch dressing! Their salad had romaine lettuce instead of iceberg so I will eat here more often! Service was impressive and visited here on a Saturday during peak lunch hour and still felt appreciated by staff. Nice job!

Had a pretty laughable experience, it’s obvious that the majority of employees are high school students and this is their first job.
So here it goes — it was a Wednesday night, and it was busy. It gets busy, they have two drive thru lines, I’m cool with it.
Ordered a classic #1 chicken sandwich meal, and a spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese for my lady. The drive thru attendant repeated the order back to me, I thought we were on the same page.
I get to the window, lady at the window verifies my order — you’re looking good so far Chick-​fil-​a, you definitely seem to know what my order is supposed to be. What’s that? You’re running low on spicy chicken sandwiches? No worries, I’ll pull ahead per your suggestion and wait. And sure, we would like our drinks, thanks for asking.
Bummer, the Dr. Pepper just tastes like carbonated water. No worries, it happens, I’ll just run inside and swap it out. Much better.
Next comes the food, well at least I thought so. It’s only the sandwiches, no fries.
Well that’s just silly, I’ll run back inside. Cool now I got fries.
I get home, turns out both sandwiches are spicy chicken sandwiches. Oh and both had american cheese, rather than pepper jack.
Yeah I didn’t think it was possible, but somehow managed to mess up every part of an order.
But despite getting absolutely everything incorrect, it was definitely their pleasure to attempt to serve me.
Will I go back? Of course because I can’t resist chicken minis for breakfast. That said, if it’s busy, Ill be sure to double check my order before I leave.

chic-​fil-​a is the only fast food chain restaurant I wish Calif. had more of. The closest one to the Bay Area is in Fairfield on the way to Sacramento, if I’m not mistaken, its the only one in the state.
