I know what you’re thinking: «Internet radio? Don’t you own an ipod? Haven’t you heard of Pandora or Spotify» Well, yes to all of the above, but this brand of radio entertains in a way that none of those other things can. It is an eclectic blend of great music, great personalities and great events– all streaming live to your computer or phone, wherever you are. Every time I listen, I discover a new artist or band that I cannot wait to familiarize myself with. On top of the music, all of the variety shows and in-​studio guests are hilarious, cool, informative or all three. In addition, they are a great way to hear about events taking place in town where you can support our great city and get to know the cool people who are on the forefront of making Birmingham hip (again?). My almost all the time radio. Great ears picking good songs from the massive stream of music. Faves include Oh Brother, Show With No Name, Lost Child (Tues), FlipBack, and John D on Fridays. I live 5 hrs from this place, but I sure know where I want to eat and drink when I get there.
