Great customer service! I was a first time mattress buyer, and they were able to give me valuable feedback and recommendations without breaking the bank. The mattress was delivered very quickly!

I am giving this place 5 stars and did not even buy and keep anything. That shows just how good their customer service is.
So we bought a head board and foot board on one of the local sell yourself Facebook pages. As it turns out, the bed rails that were with it, were custom to that bed and lost. So I have been brainstorming ideas of how to make it work.
The nice folks here were happy to talk it through and help me come up with a solution. The best solution they had in stock, we two bolt on bed rails. We talked through what I could do. And since the solution was not crystal clear, they told me I could bring them back if they didn’t work and would fully refund me.
As it turns out, that did not work for me. And they stood by their word. Not only that, but even after it looked like I wasn’t spending my money there, they were still happy to help me think through that. I don’t see myself needing a mattress soon. But whenever I do, this will be the first place I go!

What can I say about Bedzzz Express besides «You’re my hero!» ??? Well, I could talk about how I needed a bed delivered the next day, and they accommodated me. Or about how I got an insane deal on said bed (a real, name brand bed: Sealy Posturepedic to be specific… the gel series)… it was about $ 300 less than a similar bed I saw online. Or, I could speak about the kind, very un-​pushy salesman that aided me in my bed-​picking.
But that wouldn’t tell the whole story. In reality, I ran into this store in desperation. I was moving the next day, I needed a bed, and not just any bed, but a nice, comfy, homey bed. And I needed it delivered, box springs, bed frame and all, and set up (because hey, I’m a girl, and beds are large, unwieldy and heavy). Bedzzz Express helped me pick the perfect mattress, worked with me to get it delivered (for free!), and even sold me a discounted bed frame. All in all, the LEAST stressful part of my entire move. Thank you thank you thank you Bedzzz Express!!!
