You know you’re an old fart when the radio station is playing «your» music and calling it «classic.» Awesome tunes like The Joker by Steve Miller and Under The Bridge by Red Hot Chili Peppers. Even a dose of White Wedding by Billy Idol and We Will Rock You by Queen had me singing in the car as I zipped north on I-​65 from Montgomery to Birmingham. You’ll be glad that you couldn’t hear me — my singing is terrible. But it’s fun, especially when the music is great and the commercials are few.
