Their Website states«Appliance Repair Services You Can Count On» — not in our case. We should have known there was a problem when it took 2 days to hear back to set up an appointment. Then I took the day off to wait for the repair person, Bruce and thought I should call just to make sure that he was still coming because of the inclement weather. Good thing I did, because he told me that he couldn’t make it because he had no control over the weather. I understood that, but if I did not call he had no intention of calling me to explain the situation. His response was«I have no control over the weather.» He had no regard for the inconvenience that he caused us. His reply also was that«he didn’t have to take anything from me.» The one thing that won’t ever get from me or anyone else that I can tell is business! I hope he runs his life better than his company, according to Bruce he is in charge! Very sad! I also called Sanatoga Appliance where we bought the appliance and told them of our dissatifaction and hope that they will reconsider using BJ Appliances as a recommended repair service!
