Manni’s Donuts

I came up for a Binghamton Mets game with my dad. We are staying at the Doubletree for the night. So Josh told me to try Mannis’s for donuts in the morning. So I did, I got a dozen donuts with a small and large coffee. It came out about $ 11.50. The coffee was pretty good and the donuts were great. They were freshly made this morning. The honey glaze and the Bavarian were my favorite ones. My father in joyed the plan donuts. He called them delicious, he had two of them.
So if you are up in Binghamton, you should stop in and get som donuts and coffee.

Diner food at it’s best and cheap to boot. Convenient to me in its location makes it a regular stop. The food is prepared well and is delivered fast. I’ve had their homemade donuts. While tasty, they didn’t quite hit the mark for their lack of filling. Bring cash as they don’t take credit cards.

Mmm donuts. The donuts here are outstanding. I can’t get them often bc I’ll eat all of them in one sitting… especially the boston and the glazed. Yum! Id recommend going early so you try the best selection.
The place itself is small, with a counter and a handful of tables. The food is decent diner variety and pretty good, but just go for the good stuff and get the donuts, you won’t be disappointed.

I am a HUGE donut lover. As a men’s physique competitor, donuts aren’t something I get to eat whenever I want, so when I get to have a cheat meal, donuts are always a part of it. I had never tried Manni’s but alot of my friends had and raved about them and told me to try them out. I can see what they were raving about! They were so delicious! I got a half dozen for roughly $ 5, the vanilla iced was amazing and fresh, the chocolate iced was just as good. The Cinnamon powdered was very soft and did not disappoint, and the PB with strawberry jam was a brilliant idea! My two favorites were by far the maple glazed and the apple filled. I love anything maple flavored, so when I bit into the maple donut, I was in heaven. It tasted like I was eating a big doughy pancake! Lastly, the Apple filled was so big and puffy, then when you got through some of the dough, it tasted like I was eating apple pie! Bottom line, if you love donuts, you need to get over to Manni’s! They’re very good, and very affordable. I can’t wait to eat them again!

This is mainly for their donuts, but they’re amazing! Definitely better than those flat, airy donuts from Dunkin’s and I especially love the chewy fluffiness of the Honey Dip! If you like a cakier donut, then I would definitely recommend the plain or the red velvet (most of the donuts on the top shelf are cake donuts I think). Wish I could come here everyday but I’m watching my diet so have to do with just coming in once every few days…

I’ve been coming here for years for their breakfast sandwiches and pancakes (both of which are amazing and VERY reasonably priced), but I’m embarrassed to admit I’d never tried their donuts until this month. Let me tell you — chain restaurant donuts will never appeal to me again.
Their donuts are fresh and made every single morning. They have a huge variety of donut flavors and fillings and each one is fluffy and perfect. They also have several other breakfast pastries that I haven’t tried yet but that look incredible.
Service is very fast and friendly and it’s always great to support a local family-​owned and operated business. This has become my go-​to weekend breakfast spot.

if you’re from the binghamton area and you like donuts and you haven’t been here yet then you’re totally blowin it, because their donuts are great! their yeast donuts are so light, the standard glazed «honey dip» donut is great enough on its own, but the maple frosted is also great, as is their new strawberry frosted. their boston cream is the best boston donut i’ve ever had, and their jelly filled are great too! the jam seems like its a mixed berry flavor and it’s amazing. as for their cake donuts, they’re great too. not as crisp as the ones you would get at cider mill, but they have a great flavor. the chocolate ones are good too, as are their new red velvet ones. their fried cinnamon rolls are also not to be missed!
as for their other breakfast items, they also have good french toast, pancakes, and home fries. they have great lunch too, their burger is very good, as is their cheesesteak, they use good quality meat for their steak sandwich, and their fries are really good too! check these guys out!
also, for those of you in the past who said their coffee is horrible, come back and try it, they added a new coffee bar since they’ve reopened

Review is purely for the donuts as it’s the only thing I’ve tried but they are hands down best around!

The best donuts I’ve had in my life. Breakfast was cheap and great. Rolls are amazing as well

Service is friendly, food is good, donuts are great, coffee is terrible! Invest in some good quality coffee would you please! Other than that, this place is OK with me.

No frills diner with a great breakfast sandwich. I think the prices might be cheaper than McDonald’s

food is decent, sometimes hit or miss which is very frustrating. About half the times, my order has been sloppily thrown together with items missing. I have never had a friendly cashier, horrible service for the amount I pay. Don’t give them your money

I want to give Manni’s four stars. I do. This is an old school lunch counter, populated by regulars (mostly, it seems retired men who’ve been coming here for agres) who never ask for a menu and rarely vary their orders. I’m about 40 years younger than the average patron, but I never felt out of place. When I worked on the South side, I was here at least three times a week.
The food is consistently good. It’s on the greasy side, but that doesn’t especially bother me. They always get my eggs right, and there’s Tabasco sauce readily available for my hash browns. The service is adequate, nothing special, but I enjoy listening to the waitress banter with the regulars.
So why not four stars? The coffee. It is abysmal. It is awful. I’m not exaggerating when I declare it to be the worst coffee I’ve ever had. I try to make it palatable, but the amount of cream and sugar required to do so turns it into little more than sweetened milk. And good God, do I need coffee to start my day.
So, everything but the coffee? Good! The coffee? Makes me sad.

Blows other diners’ breakfasts out of the water. I had a scrambled egg, home fries, toast and bacon. It was a really decent breakfast especially for only around $ 5. My roommate had the FLUFFIEST pancake and the home fries as well. The coffee is blah but the food is awesome, everything you could want in a breakfast. We got some of their homemade donuts to go — cinnamon sugar, chocolate frosted, a giant twisty thing, and apple (it has apple filling). The donuts are incredible! All together it cost $ 15. I will be back.

Wonderful donuts!!! Bagels too. Coffee nothing fancy, and you have to pay cash –otherwise this is a must try. Grab and go.

Their donuts blow Dunkin’s out of the water, especially the boston cream. They have completely decent diner fare for breakfast and lunch. Nothing too fancy but I’m giving ‘em the full 5 because of what amazing value this place offers. Try as I might, whatever extra breakfast indulgences I throw on my plate, I can’t seem to ever get the bill to go above 6 bucks or so. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere as well. Love it.
