Terrible, slow service. Order is wrong at times, coffee spilled on me because the top wasn’t on all the way and half the time they are out of donuts before 9am. Need to get their act together.

Just like alot of the other DD. Very friendly staff but service is a little slow. Im sure they dont get paid what they deserve so I guess I dont blame them for not being in a hurry. But it is great to have service with a smile.

Only 2 stars for this Dunkin’ This is a busy minimart/dunkin donuts/gulf gas station. Note the word«busy» above. Yes, it is. However, its also inefficient, or at least it has been when I have been there. I have only been early in the am to actually purchase a coffee. Each time the staff seems unsure of «who is doing what» etc. Everything there takes much longer than it should or needs to. I’m guessing they don’t have a morning manager, or the manager is not very effective. But for a busy place, get some rhythm going and get it together. Connected to gas station. Very handy. There is also a convenience store here and the restrooms are not run by Dunkin’ but rather by the convenience store. They are ok, but they are off to the side down a hallway that was a little long and had a light bulb out or something as it was kind of dark. Little creepy. I only checked it once, because it did not«feel great» to me getting there, so I wont be repeating that. Sorry for those looking for that info here. That once it was clean enough once you got there.

Really friendly staff, but coffee has tasted old lately. I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts for years and have never experienced a rude employee. Everyone is super nice, even if they are unable to take your order right away when you pull up. Their grilled cheese with hash browns is the perfect lunch, especially when paired with one of their bottled Coke products. While I’m not sure what blend of cheese they use, it’s definitely not the average(and nasty) American. The coffee, however, hasn’t been fresh. I’m the first one to say that beggars can’t be choosers, and having worked in food service myself I’m not quick to judge. This is merely a heads up to anyone thinking about trying their coffee. Mine is almost always a medium with extra cream, but the hours-old taste is too much. I can’t remember the last time it tasted fresh. But maybe I’m just going at the wrong hours, like at the end of a breakfast rush. If you’re in the neighborhood, I suggest you stop on by for a toasted everything bagel with butter or a coffee roll. Another heads up: unless you want your arteries clogged on the spot, ask for just a little butter. Even then I’ve had to wipe some off, but nothing compared to if I hadn’t asked.
