I was very disappointed! We usually go to New Panda but they were closed, so we figured we would give this place a shot. I ordered pepper steak with onion, well let me say that this was the worst pepper steak I ever had, the «meat» had a fatty consistency and tasted odd like it was breaded or something, I couldn’t eat it, so my son tried it out (he’s a teenager, he eats everything) he said the peppers and onions were ok but the meat was odd, I also ordered cheese wontons, they were horrible, they were very heavy and dense and the sauce that comes with it had an odd tangy taste. My husbands sweet and sour chicken was just «ok» it had a heavy breading and again that tangy sweet and sour sauce with it, the general tsao chicken left much to be desired and the boneless BBQ ribs were a little overcooked! I am very disappointed, we spent $ 50 here for food for the family and most of that food is sitting in my refrigerator because nobody liked it. I will not order from here again, I am going to stick to New Panda! I don’t like giving bad reviews but we spent $ 50 and I don’t want someone else to make that same mistake, sorry I had to give a bad review!

this is probably my favorite chinese restaurant on the east side. the pork fried rice is good, lots of pork in it and the pork is good quality, it makes up for the fact that there’s also sprouts in there (ew!)… the eggrolls here are good too, good flavor and not too greasy. it’s been a while since i’ve had their general tsos, but i had their sesame chicken and the orange chicken recently. the chicken was nice and crisp with lots of sauce, but the sauce was a little too sweet for how i like it, and i think there was a little too much soy sauce in there too. i haven’t tried too much other stuff from here, just the ribs and the fried wontons. the ribs had a good bbq sauce but they were tough and chewy. the wontons could have been crispier, and i dunno what it was but it seemed like there was an off flavor in there too. it’s kinda weird, their kitchen is huge but there’s only one or 2 guys working there at a time, so where as most places have your order in 10 minutes, this place takes 15 to 20. this place is alright but there’s definitely better places around.
