I’m always a little wary of service stations because I have heard many a tale of a woman being treated like they are dumb because they don’t have any knowledge about cars. My roommate and I did not get that experience here at all. Even though we are both college-aged women, we were treated with respect by the mechanics here. After a very stressful night, it was a relief to come here and have our popped tire replaced, and our pressure gauge fixed. We arrived about 10 minutes before 8:30 and Mike was already there. He quickly assessed the damage and ordered the necessary parts. Most of our wait was due to waiting for the parts to come in. We were able to run across the street to grab some breakfast at Danny’s Diner. They called us and kept us up to date on the issues with the car. We decided to go back and wait inside the service center. Mike brought the tire out to show us the size of the hole while we waited. Once the parts arrived, our car was serviced and ready in less than a half an hour. After he pulled it around front, he brought us into the garage to show us the valve that broke when the tire popped. Luckily he was able to replace the valve without replacing the sensor. Overall, they were quick, reliable, friendly, and cost efficient. And for that we were very thankful.
