Great unit fully equipped with kitchen and all. Beaches were dirty, there is a Waffle House in every corner interesting! A partial view of the beach and a cemetery. Well. No room service, lots of eateries up and down the strip. The police stop every other car going up and down the strip so do the speed limit they don’t have much to do. The parking in the garage is ridiculous I drive an SUV barely got it into the assigned parking spot. The unit was beautifully kept, so we stayed in!

Not family friendly!!! Could not use the pool as it was a party zone for teenagers drinking and cursing. Also, pool was murky and not very clean. The rental at 201 has a view of the cemetery and pool awning. Bed mattress were so old our backs are still sore. Owner said couch was a fold out which was not so had to buy a air mattress for kids.

If you must stay in Biloxi, and don’t care about casinos, this place is a great choice. The location is directly across the street from the beach. The condos are big, clean, and very modern. our two-bedroom unit had 3 flat screen televisions, washer and dryer in its own laundry room, fantastic bathrooms, and very comfortable beds and linens. The pool is small, but they have a nice pavilion with a propane grill for guest use. All that being said, this would not be my first choice for a beach vacation. I was expecting something similar to the beaches along the panhandle of Florida. What we found was brackish water, trash along the beach, dark clay sand, and funky smells. I read somewhere that some of this may be due to the close proximity to the mouth of the Mississippi River.

If you have to be in Biloxi, you should stay here. It’s an oasis in this sea of tainted unswimmable dookie-water. These units have full kitchens, which will save you having to endure the generally lame food around here. The units are safe and the parking is great. This is the only safe place to park in Mississippi. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I had to return for business. As a side note, leave Hooters alone next door, it sucks-big surprise.

Here for work and was told this place would be better quality and perhaps cheaper than a hotel. It was great. Nice setup and roomy. I think the units a built the same. Heated pool. Great views too. One dedicated parking spot in garage per condo. Isn’t the ideal vacation spot. Glass and trash on beach. Will work with military. Try to avoid the cleaning fee — it is kind of bogus(you certainly do not enter a place as clean as what you will end up having to pay).

Okay — I will shoot you straight from my perspective. Biloxi is absolutely NOWHERE I would go for a vacation. The water is murky, no waves, no good restaurants(that I know of — save for a Ruth’s Chris in the Hard Rock)…but we weren’t here for vacation; we were here for business. After looking at our ocean front options: Holiday Inn, Edgewater Inn, Ramada, La Quinta… you get the idea… we went with the Ocean Club. This has been our saving grace on this weekend excursion. Our room is ocean front, with a wrap-around balcony. The décor is tasteful & the accomodations are more than adequate. This will be a sweet respite for anyone visiting Biloxi. –Oh, and I should add that if you ask the girl who works there if she can do anything to reduce the cleaning fee, she’ll work with you. She ended up giving us a price break on our room… I think they are hurting for business, so just ask for a better deal — you’ll probably get it!
