Didn’t have to wait very long for seating even though they weren’t kind of busy. Food was amazing! The waiter was really nice and attentive. I would definitely go back.

Went to Snapper’s over the Thanksgiving weekend for lunch. It was not crowded, we seated ourselves outside on the deck(the weather was beautiful) and the atmosphere was relaxed. I ordered the seafood wrap(shrimp, tilapia, crab, lettuce and tomato) with fries, my husband had the fish and chips. The food was delicious! Brian our server was polite and brought our food out within a reasonable amount of time. We plan to return next time we are in town.

I love this place, they have variaty on seafood. And always have alligator which I particulary love. Prices are a little high considering the Casinos Buffets or Restaurants but Food is good and tasty. Anytime I come to Biloxi I have food here

Food was great! Looks like it might be a fly by night place, but it’s a great local seafood joint. Ask for Ashley B. She’s the most polite server we’ve had from Texas to Miss!

Yummy all u can eat shrimp and catfish!!! Was the best catfish I ever had! I don’t not normally eat catfish but the girl suggested us splitting the combo and get ½ fish and ½ shrimp! So glad I did! The views were amazing! It was fun watching the sea gulls fly around!

My Father said it was the best Catfish he has ever had. He does live in Ohio, but he is 80 and has been around. I however, do not like fried foods. I ordered the seafood platter and it was Okay, I expected more for such high prices. I ordered a drink, Mai Tai, it was delish… But, the cherry… Yuck… Really should warn people that the cherries are soaked in alcohol… Gross. Kind of ruined my meal. Also the décor was more laid back beach style, so what’s with the prices? Service was okay and food came out quickly enough. We were a party of four, one said he’d be back… My Dad.

The location of this local seafood place is perfect. It’s on the beach side of the highway, so if you sit on the deck outside, you’re enjoying fresh local seafood while you take in the beautiful beach scene. We enjoyed cocktails and the fried platters. It’s definitely your local, casual haunt kind of place.

Let me first say the outdoor spot is nice. It’s right on the beach. The service was friendly and efficient. We ordered the seafood platter and were only slightly impressed. They offer it baked but ask soon as we asked for it baked the server said it was much better fried. So we went with fried. I’m not saying we hated the food but it was nothing to write home about. We both had cock tails to start that were tasty but really sugary. Then we had wine with our meal which was about on par with the food. Ok but not too impressive. We didn’t read reviews before going. If you love fried stuff go here. It just really upset our stomachs all night. Another positive: the sell hot sauces, seasonings and salsas. We bought a bunch as we love extremely hot and were impressed.

****Edit**** My son and I got very sick after eating here. We will never, ever eat here again and I do not recommended that anyone else does either. It’s ok. The first time we came here back in March, it was good. The quality of our food went down… we’ve only ever ordered wings and cheese puppies. It’s just ok and kind of expensive for what you get. I wouldn’t have come back, but my kid insisted. The server was sweet and pleasant.

The good: Alligator sausage was yummy Location was right on the beach & the bad: The host was a really rude guy who didn’t want to let us take two tables on the deck for my family of five– even though there was only one other person eating at the restaurant. The waitress seemed to ignore you most the time, and at one point we had to tell her we wanted an extra glass of water four times while she was taking our order, she also couldn’t seem to bring out the food/drink you asked for in the beginning. The food was decent, but nowhere near worthy of the price you pay. If I were you, I’d skip this place. /: P. S. If you do decide to check this place out, keep in mind the seagulls aren’t afraid to steal from your plate! We thought it was funny and laughed it off, but I could see how it would be annoying with the price of the food.

We ate here for breakfast. Our waitress was super nice and made sure everything was good several times. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, and my husband ordered a shrimp omelet. The food – once it got to us – tasted really good. We had to wait about half an hour to get or food which seemed kind of ridiculous, because we were the only people ordering. The other people in the restaurant had their food when we walked in. My hash browns came out about ten minutes after my sandwich, so by that point I didn’t really want them, but whatever. Breakfast was $ 20, so I’d I had to do it again, we’d probably go somewhere cheaper and smaller.

My wife and I stopped by here on beautiful spring day, March 14th, just a little after lunch. We had a couple of po boys and a few drinks and had a great time. David, our bartender, was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. He made the experience all the better. We will be back.

Credentials first. I’ve eaten in more than 100 seafood restaurants in my life. I grew up in NY(that would be on the coast) where they have excellent fish, and I’ve been living in Lafayette, LA the Cajun food capitol and the shrimp capital of the world for five years. I’ve also written the first Jewish-Cajun cookbook ever, which has been endorsed by two of the most famous Jewish chefs in the US. The bunch of people who gave this place one star either ate at a different restaurant than I did, or they are the biggest bunch of un– knowledgeable assholes to ever write reviews on Unilocal.and here’s why: Atmosphere — it’s on the beach. Like right on it. Personally, I don’t give ANY place on a beach one star… after all, its on the beach — get it. Service — good, professional, friendly Draft Beer — i had two microbrews, not sure of the brewery but they were both cold, delicious and very fresh. They also came in a beautiful Sam Adams glass… which tells me they were probably a Sam Adams brew. Food — — Alligator sausage appetizer. I am not a sausage fan… except maybe for Italian. This gator stuff was quite tasty, and not greasy at all. I would order it again. — Chips and salsa — fresh chips. salsa came from a jar, but was not bad. With all of the hot sauces for sale, I would think they’d do a better job with this item. — Red snapper over greens salad. Snapper was pretty good, very fresh, as were the greens — Cole slaw — good. fresh. huge portion. $ 2.50. A bargain. — Shrimp PoBoy — Excellent fresh shrimp, properly and lightly battered, suerved on a pressed roll of good quality with fresh tomatoes and lettuce. I believe the tab for all of this food and the four beers we had was $ 52. This was definitely a fair price for what we ordered. I would eat here again. in a heartbeat. Ohh, and did I mention that it’s on the beach?

So first off… I didn’t read the reviews before I came here. And I’m glad I didn’t because I would not have given it a try. There weren’t many people in here on a Monday evening, so I was shown to my seat right away. My server Rae Rae was very energetic and didn’t take long to approach me to ask for my drink order. I had the Barqs root beer in the old school bottle which was very good. Looking at the menu I though the prices were a bit much. Only a few of the entrees were under 20. I ordered the catfish plate with a salad instead of coleslaw(17.95). Now the menu said the portions were big but I glossed right over it. As soon as she brought my salad out I knew I wasn’t going to finish everything. The salad was more than decent in size and was plentiful. Then about 4 minutes after I got started my catfish came out. The plate was huge. This is not an understatement. There was catfish and frenchfries everywhere. The fish was crispy but light, I thought it was great. A couple of fries were a little soggy but they all can’t be perfect. My server was very friendly. I overheard a bit of the conversation she was having with the people behind me, and she was quite hospitable. She even recommended a type of hotsauce for me to try, went and got some so I could try it, but didn’t try to sell it to me. She just thought I would like it and got some for me to try. I’m confused how this place has so many bad reviews… perhaps things have changed. I recommend it tho.

I see some unhappy Unilocalers. My experience, and that of my friends, was evidently better than others. We stopped for breakfast before a round of golf, so maybe this place should stick with that. I noticed that they had crawfish on the menu, so I asked for a crawfish omlette, which was not on the menu, and it was made for me without hesitation. It was very good along with decent grits. My friends both had eggs, potatos, bacon and toast. Kinda hard to screw that up, and they didn’t. On a side note, this place has about a billion different hot sauces available for purchase. They are on display in the dining area.
