I’ve never bought any furniture in here but it’s all pretty. They also own the apartments that I live in. They also have a rewards program if you buy furniture in there.

The worst customer service ever at Luckies furniture in Biloxi. I was told I could try a mattress for thirty days and if I didn’t it I could return i. Put my order in on November 24 for a mattress box spring and beautiful metal frame. A week past nothing Friday I called to see when my bed was coming in, she said Monday. I said ok at 5 pm Monday I called back she said they would deliver Tuesday, but the metal frame was not in. I was so mad after waiting two weeks for my bed. So they said they could give me a loner for my mattress. I step in it last night and it was very uncomfortable. Now there saying they don’t take anything back but the would switch it out. First of all that was the only one that I liked now I guess I’m stuck with it. But not before they hear my big mouth.

Recently purchased recliner couch from Luckys.
Had been shopping around and the prices were lower than other stores in area and like other stores it takes 5 weeks to deliver, ugh.
We had just moved to area and were sitting on lawn chairs in living room, my back was killing me.
It actually took 6 weeks to get it delivered, HOWEVER, they loaned me a couch whilst waiting!!! That’s right, it was nothing spectacular just a plain love seat but I was totally shocked that they would actually loan me a couch for FREE! They delivered the loaner couch within a few days. Wow!
The new couch came and it is fantastic.
Highly recommend this store.

Close to the base and housing. Gives a huge military discount! Friendly and helpful staff. Nice selection. Got our bed delivered the next day. :)
