You dont have a choice in certain areas. Way over priced to drop internet connection 7 times in an evening!

Exactly what you should expect from a monopoly. Expensive ‘basic’ service and indifferent, bordering on rude, customer service — if you can get through. Short, but true, story; a tenant in our rental condo used the Internet service to stream movies instead of watching cable TV(honestly, who could blame them) and during one(just one) billing month they pulled down just over 500GB of data(501.79GB to be exact). This was all Cable One needed to justify exploding our service level up to the next highest tier and they will not even consider lowering it to a more affordable level until THREEMONTHS after usage returned to under the one month it was used for more than 500GB. This is price gouging, pure and simple. Read the fine print in the service agreement people to see how they will screw you and get DirecTV(or better yet — FREETV with an antenna) and U-Verse for data until another provider comes to town. It is in your best interest not to give these people your money. You’ll be sorry. I know I am.

Terrible service and customer service! We were extra accommodating to get an appt. And said we would wait from 8 – 5. My daughter in-law(it’s her home) found she has sketchy cell service in this new home and missed their call(it didn’t ring) by 10 minutes(it was 2:30 by then!) so we called right away and they said appt. Cancelled! 10 minutes! Really! They were so rude too and rescheduled for the end of the week, this happened on Monday.
