Pizza was great, we got 2. Cheese and the outsider, we also got garlic bread. We will return again if we go through this way! Our waitress was really nice, gave the kids a toy and they had a few arcade games for the kids to play. Overall it was a great lunch!

I wish I would have came here sooner! Wings are nice and crispy even if they’re coated with wing sauce and the pizza is nice and thin with a crispy bottom. All in all a good pizza joint near KAFB. And Sabrina was a great waitress to us!

Skip the trivia. Questions are biased and unintelligent. No one seems to know anything. Trivia leader may or may not google the answers. If you enjoy pizza –then go; if you enjoy trivia — skip it. It will annoy you. Apparently the color orange doesn’t have red. What a bunch of Biloxians!

The food is typical«bar food», the«calzone» is dough with mozzarella cheese in the middle,(calzones are supposed to have ricotta cheese in them) however, very cool low key place to have a drink. Prone are very friendly. Will was my bartender, very nice guy, quiet, but nice. Ill definitely go back, just keep in mind that its a «bar that serves pizza and other food» not a «restaurant that had a bar(s) I feel that it is a weakness that they do not embrace what they are rather what they would like to be.

It’s not horrible but it’s good. The service is really nice. Fired mushrooms are a little wet on the inside, the garlic stick knot things are more like butter soaked French fries. The pizza has a really thin crust, and for a Chicago pizza place they do not have deep dish. Salad bar is nice fresh items. But if you’re looking for a place for some brews and games it’s good.

We love Bootlegger’s Pizza — we live in New Orleans but every trip we make to Biloxi we stop here for pizza. The crust is the best out there! We take it home with us and the next day it is still crispy and delicious. Garlic Bites are fantastic! Service has always been great! We will be visiting again soon!

This used to be my favorite pizza. I had it once before for delivery and also eaten in once preicously. I’m hoping my most recent pick up experience was just a fluke, but it was a doozy. We ordered garlic bites and two pizzas. Their garlic bites are amazing! We were told our food would be done in 20 minutes, so headed straight there. We got there in about 20 minutes and took our pizza home. It was barely lukewarm. The cheese wasn’t meltly like you would expect and the crust wasn’t nearly as floppy as usual. It was pretty crunchy. The garlic bites were HARD. the pizza was barely good enough to eat the first time, we didn’t even save the leftovers for the next day. I used to recommend this place(at old location) to anybody passing through, not sure I would now.

We usually get delivery from this place and I have yet to be disappointed! Good this crust with good flavor! One of the better pizza places in the area!

Terrible service and even more terrible food. Seemed like the waiter didn’t pay any attention to what we ordered, even though he was writing it all down. Pizza was all wrong. Asked for certain ingredients on half if a pizza, it came back with the wrong ingredient on half. The cheese sticks were alright, but the marinara served with them tasted like ketchup with basil. The pizza was bland and also had the tasteless«pizza/marinara» sauce. Will definitely not go back.

Only reviewing the pizzeria here. Service was horrible. Brought the wrong drink, which didn’t get refilled until I asked. Our group ordered two pizzas to share, both of which were wrong. When we asked for our checks, it took a good 15 minutes to bring them. Would have been more excusable if the place were more busy, but our server only had two tables. On to the food: firstly, this Chicago-themed pizzeria does not serve Chicago-style pizza… bummer, but not that big of a deal. What was most disappointing was the sauce. Both the marinara for our appetizers and the sauce on the pizza could have been reproduced using ketchup and basil. I will not be going back.

Okay. Let’s just start by answering that whole«Old Chicago Pizzeria» thing. No. No no no. Noperino. Sorry. This is a crispy thin crust pizza(some people would call it a «soda-cracker» crust), and they’re popular all over the eastern Midwest, certainly all over Illinois. There’s nothing remotely«Chicago» about a crispy thin-crust pizza. There is a pizza that’s uniquely Chicagoan, but it’s a deep dish pan pizza(think Uno, Due, Gino’s, Lou Malnati’s, and my favorite Giordano’s). Nothing like that at Bootlegger’s. The sauce, too, is heavy on the tomato paste, no seasoning to speak of. Chicago pizza doesn’t use a lot of seasoning either, but it’s crushed tomatoes all the way, baby, not tomato paste. They simply must change that sauce. Bleah. But then again, tasteless sauce at least doesn’t get in the way, but it means the flavor of the pizza is going to depend entirely on the ingredients you choose, as that’s where all the flavor will be. We chose sausage, mushrooms, onions, and green olives. It was still a bit dull, but a little bit of salt woke it up, and it was actually a really good pizza. My wife didn’t want onions on hers; I tried a bite, and it was already lacking. I can’t imagine what a plain cheese pizza would taste like. Cardboard? We also ordered a «Chicago beef» sandwich just to give it a try. There’s only one Chicago beef sandwich, and it’s known there as Italian beef. It’s usually served with a spicy gardiniera, though you can get other things. Like sautéed sweet Italian peppers, which, if you order gardiniera at Bootlegger’s(it’s an extra charge, what’s up with that?), you’ll get, along with a side of pickled jalapenos. First, sweet peppers are not gardiniera. Get it right. And get me some real gardiniera. Second: jalapenos? Whaaaaat? And the au jus that comes along with the whole thing is thin, watery, and tastes like it’s been reconstituted from powder. Ignore it. Still in all, the seasoning in the beef wasn’t bad, the hoagie bread was properly sloppy and soggy, and it’s a pretty good roast beef sandwich overall. I’d be tempted to call it a French dip but for that anemic au jus. But you’re going to want the sweet peppers to give it some extra flavor. Just remember they call it gardiniera for some reason. Bottom line, this place is pretty good if you know what you’re getting and how to dress it properly. I expect I’ll visit again. But I don’t think I’ll ever order a pizza there without onions and green olives. The risk of tastelessness is very high. Oh, and the service on this, our first trip, was excellent. The young ladies were friendly and enthusiastic(although the new server seemed a bit shaky on the menu), and made the visit more fun,.

Although I called and ordered a 14-inch pizza for delivery, one hour later we received and were charged for a 16-inch one. That would have been okay, really, if we loved the pizza, but I’m sorry to say we didn’t — the crust was doughy and chewy, and we were expecting a thin crust to be a little crispier. The sauce was fairly tasteless. Still searching for a good pizza in Biloxi!

I called to place an order over the phone. The woman who answered was mostly nice but didn’t seem too knowledgable. They were apparently out of both Alfredo and BBQ sauce, AND mozzarella sticks… Only a problem because I don’t like red sauces, but we wanted to try something new so we pressed on. At 908pm we were informed that delivery would occur in around 45 minutes. It took an hour and a half to get our pizza, and it was barely worth eating when it arrived. Cold cheese and too much sauce. The delivery driver was rude and looked like he was on drugs. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
