The Wave Car Care Center and Rocky Toppers

I seriously don’t know how this business functions with the type of people they have employees and managing this place… I entered the wash and the employees start washing my car. I didn’t know I had to pay ahead of time I’m used to paying right before the wash starts so I get half way into the wash and they asked me for a receipt which I didn’t have. Rather than take my card and run it they wanted me to drive all the way out of the wash down the automatic ramp, buy a wash and come back. I said no that will ruin my rims. So instead they had me and other cars back up just so I could pay. The manager and staff clearly don’t know what they are doing or how to fix an easy problem.. Washing cars is not that hard They turned a little med up into the biggest F€!&÷&= shit show. So I just left they do not deserve my business

Went here to buy a camper topper decided to also wash my three day old pickup. they blew the pinstripes off!!! I thought oh well, i will just tell them then we can just pull them all off. the manager called the owner and the owner said go pound sand!!! what a horrible owner to a poor business. I can’t imagine how horrible their service would be on an ARE topper so i will get my ARE topper from somewhere else!!! adiós Wave!!!

Absolutely the best car wash I have ever been to anywhere. Great pre-​wash by a lot of helpers. Thorough and got almost a thousand miles of grime off our truck from sleet, freezing rain, snow etc. definitely worth every penny!

Detailing – Had my 10 year old car detailed and it looked brand new inside. They did a fantastic job. Definitely headed back and would recommend them to anyone for detailing.

Too danged expensive. And when my car didn’t get clean on the first pass through, I drove back around through to the pay kiosk, the manager had to be called, my receipt carefully scrutinized, and then I was given some truncated second wash which didn’t get the car clean AGAIN!
Then the car was attendant dude acted upset that we were going through a second time. Like angry upset. «What did I do wrong!!»
Won’t go back.

I’m a bit biased in that I don’t like no touch washes.
The price is really really high. I pay $ 9 for a better wash for what I paid $ 25 here.
They said someone would dry the car but no one was around at the end.
Everything remained dirty. Especially the wheels.
I won’t go back.

Went through the was for the first time. Vehicle was filthy and come out clean. I was told there would be people at the end to dry off the car but they were not there. The process was quick and they do have free vacuum stalls to use in the price as well. Price may seem a little high at $ 24 for the ultimate but it can be justified if they do a good job.

The BEST! Great customer service!!! They say satisfaction guarantee and they stand behind it. I got the ultimate for 24.99 and was impressed although I thought the sides were still a bit too dirty. So when I went back to go through again, the manager said no problem. They didn’t make me feel like I was complaining. And that is just fantastic. I recommend this place to everyone…

Owner sent a message and while the offer is still screwy and the employees were not aware of it, it does say you must get an oil change.
So I stand corrected.

Really!!! $ 25 bucks to drive my car through a nozzle only car wash then to vacuum it out myself and wipe down the inside myself. You got me once but it will never happen again. Feeling robbed.

This car wash this pretty nice you can go and get your Wars and also they have a place where you can get your oil changed of car detailed its pretty much of a one stop shop what I like about it is there waiting room its big comfortable place you can hang out the staff is friendly so when I feel like I’m wanted treat my car I’ll take it in there otherwise I take it to the little place like to do it myself and save the money but this is a quality place to come to

Had a pleasant and quick experience on a busy day. Very happy about the car wash, they had great attention to detail and my car is nice and shiny. Very pleased with The Wave!
