Tatiana and the Smor Cart are so very special and such a treat to have in Billings! I always get really excited when I see the blue trailer out and about and have been to her spot on Grand several times. Food is always fresh, clever, local and awesome! Keep up the great work!

This is a very cool little place! I’ve been following the reviews on here and posts on their Facebook page. I finally decided we needed to try it out for lunch. They had a couple of pizzas and a salad on their menu. I was with my husband and son, so we decided to order the 2 pizzas and share them. They were tasty! Their food is very eclectic and unique. I love that! Other people who like very«traditional» food and don’t like to try new things may not like how different S’mor’s food is. One of our pizzas had oysters, cheese, kale, and nectarines. The other had prosciutto ham, goat cheese, figs, honey, and lavender. They have a garden on their property and harvest veggies and fruit from it. I like that the food is fresh and local and home-grown. The 2 gals working there were very friendly and helpful. The Milky Dunky cookies are awesome! I will definitely go back. I am also in agreement with another poster who said they need a little more extensive menu. I totally understand that it’s a food truck and use local food, but more than 3 or 4 items would be great, if possible.

Holy crap! Where to start? This is a trailer — or wait — this is a group of people who use freaking awesome ingredients to make food either at their very cool trailer on Grand or from the ticket counter at the Billings Depot. Either way, these guys rock. Today we accidentally went to the trailer and were welcomed by a group of people having a work party. Love the whole trailer /picnic table /red sail shade set up — it all brought us back to our Austin foodie trailer days. The guy throwing the party was super nice and directed us to where the Smor food could be found — downtown at the Billings Depot. So, downtown we went. Again, very reminiscent of the«come and find us if you want our food» days of ATX. The Depot is such a treat to see, and the courtyard seating area is just as charming. We found Smor at the ticket counter, serving food that was prepared in a historic, very beautiful train station room. Next to the Smor ticket counter is another ticket counter establishment that has a full bar. My husband and I went to Smor just to check it out. We had to see if there is a «real» food cart that is all it says it is — local, amazing ingredients. They are that and more. Day 5 of a cleanse is not the best time to visit a new restaurant, and as it turned out, it was pizza day at Smor(oh yeah, smoked oysters, kale, nectarines, and a balsamic reduction or prosciutto with goat cheese and spinach on a gorgeous crust). No worries — they made us the most AMAZING salad we have ever eaten. The people are fantastic, fun, and seem to know how to have a good time. I am so delighted by their eagerness to do there very best at every moment in action. Not only my favorite kind of food, but my favorite kind of people. I can’t wait to go back! TIP: Watch their Facebook page for times and location.

I hate that I have just discovered this place! I pass 6th and Grand mutiple times a week and never noticed the little sign. This gem is tucked away on a lot off of Grand. With access off of the alley being easiest. Next to an outfiited food truck like trailer It has a cute little patio type area hidden by the garden where the herbs and I’m guessing the produce comes from. I had the carnitas which had an amazing smokey flavor and the wifey had a Ceprese open face sandwich. It was so awesome to see the chef/owner run out of the trailer to the garden to pick the basil for my wife’s sandwich. This is hands down the freshest food we have had In the year since we moved to billings. I imagine that with the farmers market opening much of what will be served may come from there.
