I scheduled an appointment for a balayage color and cut. I was extremely nervous as I haven’t colored my hair in 12 years. I showed Carley a couple pictures and off she went to mix the color. She reassured me it would be subtle and I’d love it. I absolutely love it! She was so nice walking me through exactly what she was doing too! Highly recommend her. Wish I lived in town but I will definitely rebook next time I’m visiting!

I have been to Rituals before and I was so disappointed at my last experience. It seems like they go through staff so quickly and the new staff is inexperienced and unprofessional. I had a color, cut and eyebrow wax and I wasn’t satisfied with any of it. The stylist looked like she just got out of bed and didn’t even bother to do her hair or makeup. After a mediocre color, she didn’t bother to dry my hair all of the way or even style it. I voiced my concerns to the manager after paying $ 100+ for all of it. She simply suggested that next time I get a «top» stylist that costs more. What? Why wasn’t I told that I was getting a mediocre stylist when I called to make my appointment. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Rituals to have any stylist at all.

Amazing stylists, color experts, and atmosphere.
I used to always go to the other Aveda spa in town but found the prices too high. Rituals has great prices with an incredible spa experience. Every time I go I get offered a beverage the moment I check in and refills the moment my cup is empty. I have never had a bad cut or color here, which is saying a LOT! They always give me a hand massage while I process and scalp massage when rinsing my hair.
I would recommend this spa to anyone!

Great atmosphere. I loved the sauna and steam room. The massage therapist tailored my massage to my needs. If I lived in Billings I would be back!

I’ve been to Rituals for facials and pedicures. It seems like the place has gone downhill. We went in for some pre-​holiday pedicures and were shocked at how bad they were. Two of the nail artists doing our pedicures were super unprofessional, both in appearance and performance. They kept making sexual jokes, throwing things at each other, and complaining about their jobs. They left us sitting with parafin on our feet for 25 minutes. It was super cold by the time they returned. They didn’t bother to refresh our drinks. The pedicures they gave us were rushed and sub-​par. I’m shocked they don’t do a better job of screening their staff.
