This is our second stay here this month. Front desk check-in was friendly and easy. Brand-new, clean, convenient(walking distance) to restaurants, a small casino, & a gas station. We haven’t ventured out much further than that. There is a pool & a workout room(you could have completely to yourself — both were empty both times we were here) and a nice dining area with complimentary breakfast until 9:30 a.m. — and always coffee. Refrigerator & coffee pot in the room. Large TV with HBO. Free wi-fi. We love this place.

The place is 11 weeks old. My customer service experience has been good. The big screen has to be 32″. It’s right off the interstate not far from the strip mall and other shopping venues. The cost is reasonable. They have free wifi, continental breakfast, and nice exercise area, along with a pool and spa. People it’s new: go for it!!!

This brand new Holiday Inn Express & Suites in the newer, up and coming business center of Billings is great for the weary traveler. Conveniently located off Interstate 90, out of towners will have no problem getting to and from this hotel. There is plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It is staffed with professionals who are very accommodating and friendly, from check-in, to maid service, whatever you need, you need only ask. The queen suite in which I stayed a couple of nights was spacious and clean. It was equipped with a nice living room area that had a couch with hide-a-bed, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, table with two chairs, a big bathroom. Don’t even bother staying at Extended Stay, especially in Billings(long story, different review, my mom stayed at the one there in Billings and she reported that the place was heinous and way overpriced for what they didn’t provide). At the Holiday Inn Express & Suites on Ember Lane, however, the breakfast bar is well presented and clean and offers more than just your average bagel or muffin. One can get scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes or your choice of cereals, fruit and yogurt. There is a business center complete with two computers, and a printer/scanner, an indoor swimming pool and a gym if one is so inclined to use. Since I spent almost a full week there just recently, I managed to use the gym to burn off some frustration. The gym has towels readily available, no membership fee required. There is a meeting room as well, complete with two white boards, a projection screen, Wifi and USB ready, and access to a service kitchen to store refreshments. Me and my family had the honor of being the first to use this meeting room to host a reception during our stay there. Our stay was accommodated not only by the amazing staff, but also by the General Manager, Keri Wilson. Keri and her staff did not miss a beat with our requests. Front desk clerk Valerie even went so far as to give us 10% off coupons to use at a nearby restaurant. If ever you are in the Billings, Montana area, for business or pleasure, I highly recommend staying at this Holiday Inn Express and Suites.
