My Grandmother hired this service after she broke her hip. The company failed to keep accurate notes of the work they were doing in my Grandmother’s home. Due to their incompetence my Grandmother’s insurance claim was declined. Later, they stopped answering their phone and stonewalled our requests for the information. My Grandmother ended up paying them many thousands of dollars for shoddy homecare that wasn’t covered by insurance.
