I want to like this place but I can’t. When you’re at the counter and can’t visually tell what the meats are, that’s a problem. Ordered chicken, it looks like puppy kibble and tastes burnt. The rest of it’s ok but when the main selling point is the meat you need to get it right.

Surveying the restaurant landscape in Billings I think you’re hard pressed to find better value and service than this Chipotle location offers. A full meal all-​in is under $ 10 per person at lunch OR dinner. No processed deli meat or greasy, overpriced hamburgers here. And no pretend ‘gourmet’ food with iceberg lettuce salads or grocery store cheese cut in wedges. Crucially, no sitting around waiting 40 minutes to a full hour for your food like at so many sit down places in Billings. I would also rate the service as among the friendliest and most professional in town. I guess it should be no surprise they were packed again at lunch today.

Its Chipotle. Quick, convenient, and so delicious. I always will suggest people go to Chipotle everywhere they go. Billings Chipotle is spot on, exactly what I needed. Fair price, fresh food, great atmosphere.
