Big Bear has the best deals in town… they always have what I’m looking for and the employees are really helpful. The best gun counter folks in town, and they actually have a pretty good selection of powder (which has been hard to get). very nice store

When a customer walks through your security scanner 6 times and it don’t set it off and his wife walks thru 5 times and it don’t go off and told you can’t leave the store and refuse to call the police and grab the arm of the customer that is simple assault and unlawful detention. After ten min. You don’t check my wife’s bag. And some little snot noise kid keeps saying you can’t leave. And then I’m told were sorry … Yes sorry after we just payed 60.00 for clothing.. Don’t think this is the last of this.. I’m taking this to the regional manager. Should have never grabbed my arm and continue to detain us

An absolutely horrible place to shop for sporting goods. You’re better off at WalMart. Serous!
The employees I’ve encountered on my 5 visits were all surly teens who didn’t give a crap about customer service or taking care of our needs. Check out is painfully slow and nobody seems to know «anything».
Bring your smart phone if you plan to go. It’s the only way to get your questions answered.
After a horrible shopping experience here, we left and went to Scheel’s, found the item we were looking for with one of their expert employees who was very knowledgeable and also NICE AND POLITE.
And check out? Painless.
