Charged 5.00 for just cutting my granddaughter’s bangs. Not unreasonable (she’s 1 year old).
Next time charged 10.00. When I told them I had a coupon at home for a 7.00 cut the woman who cut the bangs (it literally took 5 mins), she said she would honor it. Then the manager came running over and said NO! 10.00!
I told her it was unreasonable and that she would lose a constant customer over 3.00. She just ignored me. I’ll NEVER go back and will tell EVERYONE I know not to go there!
Penny wise and pound foolish. And RUDE!

THE WORST! I’ve gone to take my brother there once to try it out. They messed up everything! We tried again next time hoping for another lady. Then she also messed up. They ruined his hair and my sister argued with one of the ladies about it and she had a major attitude problem and didn’t care what my sis was saying. The lady finally redid his hair and saw that she clearly messed his whole head up. Great clips hires people that don’t know what there doing. Do not recommend this place whatsoever. I wouldn’t even give it one star. But I can’t post without it.

Gia and Jessica are the two stylists I always look for. These ladies are professional, efficient, courteous, and I always come out looking sharp.

Worst haircut I’ve had for a long time! I really hate to mention her name, mora… i trusted her trimming after my 5 inch removal. (thats the reason i went to see her!) I have had my hair trimmed 4 times since she’s cut it and its still not FIXED yet. She angled it wrong! She angled my hair to my face. I went back the next day, and Maggie tried to fix it and couldn’t completely fix it. I went to a completely different salon and she couldn’t fix what the two before her did.
It’s just an angled bob.
I can’t trust anyone now. So if they have a 30 min wait and Mora is there, safe yourself and go somewhere else. Sorry Mora– ya totally fu^~*Ed my hair up!

Took my 4 year old son there for a hair cut. The woman had a lot of patience for him, however I told her that typically he gets buzzed on the sides/​bottom and scissors on the top. Well, she ended up buzzing his whole head and never picked up a pair of scissors. If I wanted a buzz cut, I would have done it myself. Thankfully it’s almost the summer and his hair grows quick.
