Everclear Pool & Leisure

I took a chance on this company even though there was no rating or reviews of Everclear because I immediately liked the Manager, Mike, I met as I entered Everclear this April looking for a pool. He suggested that I didn’t buy the biggest above ground pool as I mentioned wanting a large one. He said though he could sell me one, certain sizes and shapes held up better for the long haul. I found a newer style pool that I wanted (Contempra) and began pricing them out. Mike gave me a sheet of pool costs & filter options, written down, with estimates of installation. I took it to the big N pool store and the *same* brand name pool, same size was exactly $ 5,100 more at NCo. Both prices included the pool only, no installation or filter. $ 3,400 vs $ 8,500. And, with Nco’s double sale that week, it was *still* almost $ 2,000 less at Everclear! Seriously, I was stunned. So I bought my pool at Everclear, over the phone, as I am in Middleton and it’s a 25 minute ride to their new location in Billerica, plus I was in Florida. Mike gave me some installers’ numbers. We decided to use Pools By Us Plus because of their excellent customer service and how quickly they returned calls when often, no one calls back at all. Everclear and the installers worked together to get the pool up. Yes, there were some minor bumps along the way but Mike handled them professionally and quickly, even taking the time to go above and beyond what I’d expect from a local pool company. He was, and still is, available for me to call him with questions. He never seems put out by me and always knows the answer. This is their business, they are not seasonal help and know their trade. I am so happy that I stumbled upon them and have already recommended them to families in this town. I would definitely use them again and feel the 25 minute ride from my home is well worth the service I get and the great price I received. I hope this encourages some families to go in and use Everclear to get themselves a pool for the kiddies. Best wishes.
