Easy Pro Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Service

Initial Review: Expensive and very rude. The guy just cut the call abruptly when I told him that I do not want their service.
New Review: I am forced to write another review based on the story this gentleman made up in his comment below. Firstly, I never asked him to do my carpet cleaning for $ 50 bucks. Now I would not let him do it even if he offers to do it for free. Secondly, after I posted my review, this gentleman called me thrice and forced me to put my review down and when I disagreed he made this story up. He could have been courteous and polite and we could have had an amicable resolution. When i called back and asked him why he hung up on me he mentioned «my battery was dead». In the review he mentions «taking another call». Now I wonder being in the business for 20 years and he still does not have a single good review, well that explains. Last but most importantly, how does having an Indian accent comes into picture here… WATCH OUT!!! How does it matter if the customer has Indian, Spanish, European accent?
I wont mind paying $ 200 to a person who has the courtesy to talk to his potential customers with respect. This person might be a good cleaner, i don’t know, but he definitely lacks the basic sense of courteous communication to customers, being it from any country, race, sex.
I would appreciate to not take this further.
